Return & refund policy

Mewae Dry Fruits accepts returns within 7 days of delivery for unused items in their original, undamaged condition with all tags and packaging intact. To start a return, contact us with your order number and reason. Once we receive and inspect the item, an approved refund is issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days (cash-on-delivery orders are refunded to your bank/UPI). Perishable, personal-care and custom-made items may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective. Exchanges Exchange for a different size or colour within 7 days of delivery, subject to stock. The item must be unused with original tags and packaging. To request an exchange, contact us with your order number.
