Everything is freshly baked to order, so for hygiene & food-safety we can't accept returns on cakes or bakes. You can cancel or reschedule free up to 6 hours before your delivery slot.
Damaged or wrong order
If your order arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, send us a photo on WhatsApp within 2 hours of delivery and we'll arrange a fresh replacement or a refund.
